We began operation in 2001 to meet the growing need for care and maintenance of firefighter’s protective clothing. Our mission is to offer fire departments the highest levels of quality, customer service and value in the maintenance of their turnout gear, while maintaining a singular focus on firefighter health and safety.
Since opening our doors over twenty years ago, we have grown in size, scope of services and expertise. We have partnered with departments of all sizes throughout the country to meet their turnout gear maintenance needs; we have developed strong relationships with gear manufacturers and leading distributors; we have become a recognized warranty repair facility for several manufacturers; and, in 2008, we received our certification as a third-party verified ISP, or Independent Service Provider, as required by the NFPA 1851 Standard on Selection, Care, and Maintenance of Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting, 2020 Ed.
